Basketball Tournament

Tournament Format:
Teams will consist of a maximum of six (6) players, with a minimum of three (3).
All teams will be divided into two (2) divisions.
Each team will play each other one time in a Round Robin format. The teams with the worst record in each division will be eliminated after all Round Robin games are played. Round Robin games will be decided by the first team to score 21 points.
Playoffs will consist of the remaining teams who were not eliminated in a single elimination round of games. Playoff games will be decided by the first teams to get to 31 points. The championship game winner will be the first team to score 41 points.
*Every team must win by 2 points in EVERY game to be declared the winner.*
***Each player will call their own fouls or any other infraction that is deemed illegal in the game of basketball. All teams must respect their opposition’s calls as long as it is within reason. Any obvious false call will be decided by the basketball coordinator for a conclusive decision.***
Food & Beverages:
Both food and beverages will be provided for each team. Brothers are advised, however, will be advised to bring extra snacks because the amount of food will be limited.

If any brother wants to coordinate their own team or do not have a team for the tournament and would like to participate, please e-mail the event coordinator.
